★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo scelto questa struttura, per trascorrere una settimana di ferie con una nostra coppia di amici ed onestamente rifarei indubbiamente la stessa scelta...
Si tratta di una struttura che da in affitto degli appartamenti dando gli stessi servizi di un hotel.
Ci hanno assegnato un'appartamento al quarto piano della struttura ed avevamo una splendida vista sul mare.
L'appartamento disponeva di una cucina soggiorno, di una stanza da letto, di un bagno, e di un terrazzo con tavolo e sedie.
La cucina era attrezzata anche di frigorifero e freezer perfettamente funzionanti.
L'appartamento era ben pulito, nuovo, e ben climatizzato.
Il lido lime gestito dai proprietari della struttura disponeva di un bar- ristorante con ottime pietanze, docce, lettini ed ombrelloni e di una vasca idromassaggio. Anche il lido e' nuovo e magnificamente gestito.
Il bagnino Giuseppe è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile e lo staff dell'animazione ha fatto divertire tantissimo la mia bambina di 4 anni.
Fantastica l'aria giochi sopratutto per la presentaza dei gonfiabili operativi la sera.
Ringrazio Tino e tutta la sua famiglia per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità.
Struttura consigliatissima e promossa pienamente con voto 10 e lode.

It is a structure that rents apartments giving the same services as a hotel.
We were assigned an apartment on the fourth floor of the structure and we had a splendid view of the sea.
The apartment had a kitchen / living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace with table and chairs.
The kitchen was also equipped with a fully functional fridge and freezer.
The apartment was well cleaned, new, and well air conditioned.
The lime beach managed by the owners of the hotel had a bar-restaurant with excellent dishes, showers, sun beds and umbrellas and a Jacuzzi. The beach is also new and beautifully managed.
The lifeguard Giuseppe was very kind and always available and the entertainment staff made my 4 year old daughter have a lot of fun.
Fantastic air games especially for the presentation of the inflatables operating in the evening.
I thank Tino and all his family for his kindness and availability.
Structure highly recommended and fully promoted with 10 marks and honors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ottimo appartamento,spazioso e completo in ogni sua parte.forse qualche piccola imperfezione nel bagno ma nulla di irrimediabile.il proprietario e una persona sempre disponibile e gentile e la ragazza del bar attenta ad ogni nostra esigenza.data la sua vicinanza alla spiaggia e la possibilità di mangiare anche presso il loro lido lo consiglierei senz'altro visto anche il prezzo.noi ci siamo stati in due a meta settembre
excellent apartment, spacious and complete in all its parts.Perhaps some small imperfections in the bathroom but nothing irremediable.the owner is a person always available and kind and the bar girl attentive to our every need.Given her proximity to the beach and the possibility to eat also at their beach I would definitely recommend it given the price.we went there in two in mid-September

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention! Not all the photos posted on the Internet are true. At the hotel does not pull, just for the night. Is located on the outskirts of the city, far from the center. Around the night abandoned, ruined houses, with broken roofs and shattered facades, the impression of this depressing. Around a lot of debris, all shabby. The building overnight common wall with a car wash and workshop for trucks and is therefore constantly crashing. The building is located in front of the police department, but it does not interfere with the way guests. Too intrusive hosts, constantly pestered with questions whether all is well, but for the guests to their questions is not added. The rooms are not cleaned, guests must clean their own room, and sort out the garbage. Cleaning utensils, rags and garbage bags in the inn are not issued, must be purchased at their own expense. Linens and towels are changed only for the money. Chaise lounge on the beach for an extra charge. breakfast waiting 15-30 minutes or more. The library consists of 30-50 old journals and as many are not interesting books.
Too high price for a low level of comfort in the inn, and the main thing is not around a pleasant atmosphere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful and special person, Fabio, made us feel real guests. Nothing was impossible to him, for satisfying us. The accomodation in a two rooms apartment, all new, including washing machine, with 2! air conditioning systems, and a huge balcony "watching" to the sea, at the 4-th floor with elevator, was perfect. The food(breakfast and dinner), was extremely special, with sicilian flavours, fish, pizza, pasta and icecream based. And.. a lot. Highly recommended!No words can describe the reality. The warmth of people from there was the top of the experience. Grazie Fabio, voi sei vero profesionals!! Mihai and family
