D	Diana bla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salone molto bello, personale accogliente MA avevo spiegato bene l'effetto che non volevo ottenere e ho ottenuto proprio quello, ora mi devo tagliare altri circa 6 cm per sbarazzarmi di quell'effetto. Inoltre non ho chiesto la piega ma solo che mi siano asciugati i capelli con il phone, ciò che è stato fatto MA mi hanno fatto pagare 23€ di piega LUNGA, cifra assurda proprio perché sono stati solo asciugati. Mi hanno coccolate e per questo non avrei avuto problemi anche a pagare 10€ in più rispetto al prezzo del taglio (anche se nel listino non è specificato nulla riguardo ad eventuali prezzi aggiuntivi ad es. per asciugare i capelli, per uso di particolari prodotti o altre cose), ma 23 no. Very nice lounge, welcoming staff BUT I had explained well the effect that I didn't want to get and I got just that, now I have to cut another 6 cm to get rid of that effect. In addition, I did not ask for the fold but only that I dried my hair with the phone, what was done BUT they made me pay € 23 for a LONG fold, an absurd figure precisely because they were only dried. They pampered me and for this reason I would not have had problems even paying 10 € more than the price of the cut (even if nothing is specified in the price list regarding any additional prices e.g. for drying hair, for the use of particular products or other things), but 23 not.

Si può ben immaginare il risultato di due simpatici ma assolutamente non competenti ragazzi che non si sono mai fatti una tinta a casa da soli. Ci siamo divertiti ma dopo un mese i miei capelli lunghi erano tutti pieni di chiazze di colore giallo di qua e di là. Grazie alla professionalità di Nicola sono riuscita a togliere questo effetto, ha ascoltato le mie esigenze e ha sistemato il casino che avevamo combinato. Anche il taglio perfetto! Tuttavia, una serie di nomignoli affettuosi non rende il cliente soddisfatto! “Titolare” che cerca di essere attenta al cliente ma farebbe meglio ad essere meno piena di se’. Poor customer focus.
