Ogni volta che esco dal salone, sono felice per il bellissimo colore ma anche per il taglio. Consigliatissimi!

I went to dye my hair for the first time in my life (!!) Coming all excited. Only one girl speaks English so I explained to her what I want and showed photos. Then, another woman started doing my hair far far far far from what I was asking. They didn't made sure they are doing what I want. When I saw the result THEY RUINED my hair, it was so ugly and far from what I intended. I started crying! They were rude to me (the owner) and refused to fix it, saying that they don't do what I ask. They only offered to dye my hair again to my natural colour, but I didn't trust them at all. They were rushing me to decide and were very unsensitive. I didn't pay for the disaster. It feels awful to walk around with a hair you dislike. Now I am looking for another place to fix the damage they did to me, DON'T GO!!!!
