★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per ordinare e farmi montare una camera d'aria e debbo dire che la signorina per telefono è stata abbastanza disponibile, tanto da concordarci anche sul prezzo che doveva essere di 20 €. Dopo 2 giorni vado in officina per il montaggio, oltre alla signorina c'era anche colui che doveva essere "il boss" per nulla simpatico o professionale e che dalla metà faccia che vedevo poiché l'altra coperta dalla mascherina sembrava che nella vita tutto gli è dovuto. Scusate se mi sono prolungato sull'aspetto dell'individuo ma mi sembrava anche questo dovuto. Torniamo a noi morale della favola invece di 20 mi dice che erano 30, 35 se avessi fatto l'equilibratura. A quel punto ho chiesto che venisse smontata la camera d'aria non per i 10 euro ma perché ne facevo un fatto di principio e professionalità.

l'individuo alla richiesta di smontaggio quasi mi voleva intimidire chiedendomi che mi portassia casa la camera d'aria. ?
I call to order and have an inner tube fitted and I must say that the lady by phone was quite helpful, so much so that she also agreed on the price which was supposed to be 20 €. After 2 days I go to the workshop for the assembly, in addition to the young lady there was also the one who had to be "the boss" not at all nice or professional and who from the half face I saw because the other covered by the mask seemed that everything in life is due. Sorry if I have prolonged the appearance of the individual but this also seemed due to me. Let's get back to us moral of the story instead of 20 tells me it was 30, 35 if I had done the balancing. At that point I asked for the inner tube to be disassembled not for the 10 euros but because I made it a matter of principle and professionalism.

the individual at the request for disassembly almost wanted to intimidate me by asking me to bring the inner tube home. ?
