Ho acquistato circa 1 mese fa nel negozio di SAN GIOVANNI IN MARIGNANO un paio di scarpe (“Donna Più”): dopo averle indossate solo 3-4 volte si è scollata buona parte della suola e la pelle in un punto si è proprio “tagliata”. Visto anche il prezzo (95€), ho subito riportato le scarpe in negozio (premetto che ho presentato l’estratto conto bancario con i riferimenti del pagamento POS, non avendo ormai più lo scontrino), ma non ho riscontrato alcuna disponibilità da parte dei responsabili a risolvere il problema: ho dovuto tenere le scarpe rovinate. Mi aspettavo fosse nel loro interesse chiarire l’inconveniente (difetto di fabbrica? scarsa qualità e quindi pessimo rapporto qualità-prezzo?)…evidentemente mi sbagliavo. A quanto pare LA FIDELIZZAZIONE E LA SODDISFAZIONE DEL CONSUMATORE NON SONO IMPORTANTI PER L’AZIENDA (viste anche le altre numerose recensioni negative). Sicuramente questa MANCANZA DI CORRETTEZZA COMMERCIALE e la SCARSA ATTENZIONE PER LE RICHIESTE DEL CLIENTE non rappresentano una buona base per il successo di un negozio. Aggiornamento: Devo invece riconoscere la serietà e la disponibilità dell'azienda Daino Shoes, che ha provveduto alla riparazione delle scarpe dopo la mia segnalazione del difetto, dimostrando un atteggiamento ben diverso da quello del rivenditore Tacks di San Giovanni in Marignano, che non si era nemmeno preoccupato di contattare l'azienda produttrice. Le commesse hanno servito me e mia moglie in maniera cortese e paziente dando consigli veritieri ed azzeccati alle nostre necessità. Ovviamente è necessario essere almeno un po' consapevoli di ciò che si cerca. Consigliato. I've read the negative reviews and honestly my experience is quite the opposite. The shop assistants served my wife and me in a courteous and patient manner, giving truthful and spot-on advice to our needs. Obviously you need to be at least a little aware of what you are looking for. Recommended.

Ho chiamato l' azienda asso,la.marca delle scarpe,e mi ha semplicemente detto che mi rimandano la scarpa nuova senza neanche volere quella rovinata in cambio. Premura, gentilezza e disponibilità, ho voluto persino provare delle nuove solette di cui però ero titubante, la ragazza con cui ho parlato mi ha convinto e, una volta provate, ne sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto.
