Luogo confortevole per un pranzo veloce a base di pesto di cavallo, ampia scelta di prodotti freschi.
Fantastici anche i panini, anche da portare via.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un semplice negozio di quartiere, niente di particolare o in qualche modo esclusivo, però a mio giudizio sono i migliori cavallari di Parma e provincia.
Le carni sono sempre di altissima qualità, il pesto ben macinato e, se uno gradisce, anche ben condito.
Fanno anche panini da asporto e pure questi rispecchiano la loro filosofia sulla qualità.
Non è un caso se quando ho voglia di buon cavallo mi faccio un'ora di strada, tra andata e ritorno, per la loro carne.
It is a simple neighborhood shop, nothing particular or exclusive in any way, but in my opinion they are the best horsemen of Parma and its province.
The meats are always of the highest quality, the pesto well ground and, if one likes, also well seasoned.
They also make takeaway sandwiches and these too reflect their philosophy of quality.
It is no coincidence that when I feel like a good horse I take an hour's journey, between the two ways, for their meat.
