Found shop closed with no warning, it should have reopened at 15:30, waiting 25 minutes for nothing ... ?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima volta al negozio compro un paio di componenti ( cavi di collegamento, sfila cavi etc..)e chiedo di poter vedere gli oscilloscopi di seconda mano. Il proprietario mi dice di ritornare durante gli orari di apertura mattutine , quando in negozio sono in due. Gli dico che ripasserò la mattina seguente ma non riesco. Ritorno una settimana dopo alle 12:12 prima della chiusura mattutina alle 12:30 . Vi è il figlio del proprietario, chiedo di vedere gli oscilloscopi e mi dice che se ne occupa il padre appena uscito dal negozio. Chiama il padre chiedendogli se puo tornare . Termina la chiamata e mi dice che il padre non puo tornare. L'attegiamento del proprietario mi è sembrato poco professionale e poco flessibile , visto che sono certa mi avesse visto entrare in negozio quando ne era appena uscito.
The first time I go to the shop, I buy a couple of components (connecting cables, pull cables, etc.) and ask to be able to see the second-hand oscilloscopes. The owner tells me to come back during the morning opening hours, when there are two of them in the shop. I tell him I'll come back the next morning but I can't. Return a week later at 12:12 before closing in the morning at 12:30. There is the son of the owner, I ask to see the oscilloscopes and he tells me that his father takes care of it as soon as he leaves the shop. He calls his father asking if he can come back. He ends the call and tells me that the father cannot come back. The attitude of the owner seemed unprofessional and inflexible, as I am sure he had seen me enter the shop when he had just left.
