★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi era stato detto che potevo acquistare due bancali di pellet e riceverne uno ad inizio stagione ed uno a metà stagione invernale, dato che non ho il posto in casa per tenere due bancali contemporaneamente. Li ho ordinati, ho nuovamente preso accordi la settimana prima della consegna per poterli avere in momenti diversi della stagione, dicendo che li avrei comunque pagati entrambi subito e il giorno della consegna mi ritrovo DUE bancali scaricati a casa, sentendomi dire che non era stato segnato nulla e che me li dovevo tenere entrambi. E pensare che avevo acquistato da voi e non da altri(che hanno anche prezzi migliori) proprio perchè potevo avere questo servizio... dovevo immaginarmelo che ormai la parola data non vale più nulla...ad ogni modo...avete perso un cliente.

I ordered them, I made arrangements again the week before delivery to be able to have them at different times of the season, saying that I would have paid them both immediately and on the day of delivery I find TWO pallets unloaded at home, being told that it had not been marked nothing and that I had to keep them both. And to think that I had bought from you and not from others (who also have better prices) precisely because I could have this service ... I had to imagine that now my word is no longer valid ... in any case ... you have lost a customer.
