★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprendo i problemi che le ditte devono fronteggiare per la pandemia, ma non mi sono mai trovata in una situazione simile.
Porta d'ingresso con cartello VIETATO ENTRARE oltre a scatoloni di grandi dimensioni che di fatto rendono molto difficile l'accesso. Dalle finestre ho visto un'impiegata che ha aperto una finestra protetta da inferriata. Ho fatto presente che avevo tel. il giorno prima ed ero stata invitata a verificare il colore del tufo, che può essere diverso da una fornitura all'altra. Di fatto erano disponibili solo quattro bancali tutti dello stesso colore. Dovevo fare l'ordine, con indicazioni per la consegna ed effettuare il pagamento. Ho fornito io il prezzo ed i pezzi presenti in un bancale, in base a quanto risulta sul loro sito internet. Di fatto ho portato a termine la mia operazione attraverso la finestra, mentre altri clienti attendevano. La situazione era paradossale ed ero incredula! Per contro l'impiegata ha evidenziato che per disposizioni interne è costretta ad aprire la finestra con qualsiasi condizione meteorologica!!
A parte questo primo approccio sicuramente fuori dalla norma. Il seguito si è svolto con cura con contatti telefonici ed una consegna precisa e puntuale.

Entrance door with NO ENTERING sign as well as large boxes that actually make access very difficult. From the windows I saw an employee who opened a window protected by a railing. I pointed out that I had tel. the day before and I was asked to check the color of the tuff, which can be different from one supply to another. In fact, only four pallets were available, all of the same color. I had to place the order, with directions for delivery and make the payment. I have provided the price and the pieces on a pallet, based on what is shown on their website. I actually carried out my trade through the window while other customers waited. The situation was paradoxical and I was incredulous! On the other hand, the employee pointed out that due to internal provisions she is forced to open the window in any weather condition !!
Apart from this first approach, it is certainly out of the ordinary. The follow-up was carried out with care with telephone contacts and a precise and punctual delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione, la parte della" consegna" gratuita è il TRASPORTO.Perche' a casa mia la consegna consiste nel metterla dove andrebbe messa non solo lasciarla all'indirizzo prefissato e basta. Mio marito ha portato a mano dal piano amezzato al primo piano una stufa di 200kg lasciata a metà. La segretaria ci ha ben specificato, dopo il trasporto, che al piano ci si sarebbe arrivati con due persone, con una installazione completa (ovviamente a pagamento). Insomma, preparatevi a fare da voi se siete in case fuori dal semplice piano terra o con scale larghe.Ci hanno talmente fatto pesare la richiesta di portarla al primo piano che alla fine abbiamo fatto da noi.
