★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A novembre ho deciso di seguire il corso "Gli Impegnati" con i ragazzi, per dare una spinta al nostro lavoro, in stand-by da tempo a causa della pandemia. Se dicessi che abbiamo "spaccato il fatturato" direi una bugia, perchè il periodo è stato ed è incredibilmente difficile per il nostro settore. Ma oggi, che la ripresa pare arrivare lentamente, posso dire che siamo ancora a galla, con i piedi piantati per terra ma pronti a cavalcare l'onda, e questo anche grazie ai consigli dei ragazzi.
In November I decided to take the "The Committed" course with the boys, to give a boost to our work, which has been on standby for some time due to the pandemic. If I said that we have "split the turnover" I would be saying a lie, because the period has been and is incredibly difficult for our sector. But today, that the recovery seems to be coming slowly, I can say that we are still afloat, with our feet planted on the ground but ready to ride the wave, and this also thanks to the advice of the boys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosa è stato Tomura per me : la molla. Avevo la necessità di cambiare, sentivo che qualcosa non andava. Laura e Tommaso, sono stati il perno del cambiamento. Non è stato semplice, confrontarsi, scontrarsi, mettersi a nudo. Cambiare. Fare consulta con loro, è un momento di crescita, ma presuppone molta voglia di imparare e disponibilità al cambiamento. Uscire dai propri schemi e sperimentarne di nuovi. Tradotto in parole semplici : ti devi fare il mazzo. Laura e Tommaso, sono professionisti molto preparati, nulla a che vedere con i venditori di fumo, che imperversano sul web. Talvolta duri e schietti. Ripeto, non è stato facile, ma i risultati che ho ottenuto, sono di gran lunga superiori alla fatica che ho fatto. Chi scrive è tutt’altro che un cliente facile, ho dovuto rivedere molto di me e sono felice di averlo fatto. Non aspettatevi miracoli, ma tanto lavoro da fare. La vostra perseveranza e gli strumenti messi a disposizione da Tomura, a dare al vostro lavoro un volto nuovo ed una nuova percezione di voi stessi. In conclusione consiglio Tomura a tutti i professionisti, che abbiano voglia di rimettersi in discussione.

What was Tomura for me: the spring. I needed to change, I felt that something was wrong. Laura and Tommaso were the pivot of change. It was not easy to confront, collide, get naked. To change. Translated into simple words: you have to make the deck. Laura and Tommaso are highly trained professionals, nothing to do with the smoke sellers, who are raging on the web. Sometimes hard and straightforward. I repeat, it was not easy, but the results I got are far superior to the effort I made. The writer is far from an easy client, I had to review a lot of myself and I'm happy to have done it. Don't expect miracles, but a lot of work to do. Your perseverance and the tools made available by Tomura, to give your work a new face and a new perception of yourself. In conclusion, I recommend Tomura to all professionals who want to question themselves.

Nel mare odierno di consulenti improvvisati (che mangia pane e marketing solo a merenda), la loro preparazione tecnica e lunga formazione aziendale si percepiscono fin dal primo colloquio. La passione che trasmettono al cliente ... fa il resto. Li consiglio vivamente, per qualunque realtà imprenditoriale.
A close-knit and very, very competent team; constantly updated on marketing tools and strategies, oriented towards problem solving for both small businesses and large companies. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto Tommaso e Laura a Torino un paio di anni fa durante il loro TomuraLab (GRATUITO) di due giorni, li conoscevo già dal loro lavoro precedente e sapevo di andare sul sicuro. Ho aspettato il momento che ritenevo giusto per tornare da loro e utilizzare i loro servizi, e ho ricevuto ESATTAMENTE quello che cercavo. Una spinta verso l'alto e verso l'esterno per la crescita della professione ma soprattutto una apertura (letteralmente) della testa come fosse una noce, quello di cui sapevo avere bisogno. Ho consigliato Tomura a colleghi e a me stesso e lo rifarei cento volte.
I met Tommaso and Laura in Turin a couple of years ago during their two-day TomuraLab (FREE), I already knew them from their previous job and I knew I was safe. I waited for the moment that I thought was right to come back to them and use their services, and I received EXACTLY what I was looking for. An upward and outward push for the growth of the profession but above all an opening (literally) of the head as if it were a walnut, what I knew I needed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante la terza ondata di pandemia ho deciso di dare una svolta al mio modo di organizzare e pianificare la mia attività, così mi sono iscritto al corso "Mi metto d'impegno". Il corso non è gratis ma proprio questo è il suo punto forte, ti dà una scossa ad agire e, appunto, metterti d'impegno. Attraverso diversi meeting con Tommaso e anche attraverso il confronto con gli altri partecipanti la crescita è stata per me evidente. Avere una struttura nel creare i prodotti e metterli sul mercato è oggi fondamentale ed è davvero difficile improvvisare, per questo consiglio questo corso a tutti, che siate fotografi o in altri settori.
Tommaso è un professionista molto, molto competente e soprattuto in costante aggiornamento su tools e strategie di marketing. La sua preparazione e formazione aziendale si percepiscono fin dal primo colloquio.

During the third wave of the pandemic I decided to change my way of organizing and planning my business, so I enrolled in the "I commit myself" course. The course is not free but this is precisely its strong point, it gives you a shock to act and, in fact, to commit yourself. Through several meetings with Tommaso and also through the comparison with the other participants, the growth was evident for me. Having a structure in creating products and putting them on the market is fundamental today and it is really difficult to improvise, so I recommend this course to everyone, whether you are a photographer or in other sectors.
