Lì per lì penso ad una chiusura anticipata e me ne stavo per andare, quando arriva il proprietario che mi urla contro dicendomi di spostarmi dall'ingresso. Lo lascio passare e vedendo che stava aprendo saracinesca e porta d'ingresso gli chiedo se la tabaccheria fosse ancora aperta e lui mi risponde con un tono sgarbato > ed entra nel negozio sbattendo la porta. Una giornata storta può capitare a tutti, ma rispondere così ad un cliente è un comportamento vergognoso.
