G	Gianluca Di on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 2 settimane dal montaggio sto ancora aspettando risposta sulla consegna del Wi-Fi come da preventivo del venditore ho già scritto 2 mail ma nessuna risposta, bravi gli installatori ma direi che dovete curare il servizio clienti post vendita, l’inserto a 2 settimane dal montaggio funziona bene rapporto qualità prezzo buono un po’ rumoroso , in definitiva vi do una stella perché non si può abbandonare il cliente una volta che ha concluso l’acquisto. After 2 weeks from the assembly I am still waiting for an answer on the Wi-Fi delivery as per the seller's estimate I have already written 2 emails but no answer, good installers but I would say that you have to take care of the after-sales customer service, the insert 2 weeks from assembly works well value for money good a little noisy, ultimately I give you a star because you can not abandon the customer once he has concluded the purchase.

Si sono presentati, hanno installato il camino a pellet facendo danni(rovinando un piano di marmo montandolo storto) e non si fanno mai vedere. Chiamati più volte, fanno finta di nulla. Fate ridere!!!! Non si trattano così i clienti! VERGOGNOSI! HO MESSO UNA Stella perché meno non si può Dato che mi avete risposto che non sono vostro cliente,peccato per voi che sono il Figlio di un vostro cliente trattato malissimo, verificate TARANTINO GIANPIERO!!! Called several times, they pretend nothing has happened. Make people laugh !!!! You don't treat customers like that! SHAME! Sono stato successivamente contattato da un loro installatore che da Brescia mi ha raggiunto nel Cuneese. Dopo attento sopralluogo e scelta del manufatto mi ha fatto il preventivo che ho ritenuto congruo essendo "chiavi in mano". All'installazione sia Alessio che i suoi collaboratori sono stati attenti ai muri ed ai colori, hanno agito con molta prefessionalita' e meticolosa precisione nella pulizia. Il prodotto scelto soddisfa appieno le mie esigenze. Un grazie ad Alessio per l'aiuto nella scelta rispetto alle mie esigenze ed al suo staff per la professionalità. Spero che questa mia recensione possa aiutare a scegliere i prodotti di questa azienda italiana. Dopo la buona esperienza con le stufe ad aria dei miei cognati, abbiamo optato per l'acquisto di una idro-pellet per la nostra abitazione...mai scelta fu migliore! Calore uniforme, spendiamo per tutto l'anno la cifra che col metano avrei speso in due mesi, e non abbiamo mai avuto un problema! Lo scorso inverno anche i miei genitori hanno scelto questa azienda per un camino...e anche loro si trovano molto bene. Inoltre, oltre all'efficienza del prodotto, ho sempre avuto contatti con membri del personale gentilissimi e competenti. Non posso che consigliare questa azienda.
