★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima con questo Centro Assistenza..premetto..perdita di goccie d'acqua dal tubo che si collega allo scambiatore..chiamo l'assistenza..arriva il "tecnico" non fa nulla mi chiede 50 euro mi dice di cambiare lo scambiatore da 600 euro..conclusione pulisco il tubo metto la guarnizione al suo posto e problema risolto.Grazie centro assistenza non vi chiamerò mai più.
Bad experience with this Service Center..premetto..loss of drops of water from the pipe that connects to the exchanger..call for assistance..the "technician" arrives does nothing asks me 50 euro tells me to change the exchanger from 600 euros..conclusion I clean the tube I put the gasket in its place and problem solved. Thanks service center I will never call you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assurdo! Mi reco nel loro ufficio con la foto del tubo che gocciola dalla mia caldaia , fornisco anche i dati tecnici della caldaia via mail.
Mi fissano appuntamento sul posto per verificare il raccordo che perde, pago 50 € e vengo contattato dall' ufficio ,mi dicono che il raccordo con sovrastante motorino elettrico costa 350€ che sommati ai 50 fanno un tot di 400€. Morale, mi sento preso in giro , una caldaia come la mia, nuova costa 600 € . Contatto un altro tecnico e spendo in tutto ,compresa l' uscita
165 € . Approssimativi , davvero Poco profeffionali .
Addios! E gli avevo anche detto che avevo 10 caldaie da manutenzionare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno. Bruttissima esperienza con il tecnico manutentore del Centro Assistenza Valcalepio. Dopo pochi minuti che smontava la caldaia (sempre al telefono) . Mi chiama e mi dice che deve sostituire un pezzo e il costo è di 115 euro oltre la revisione di 100. Ci rimango male in quanto da subito accusava che avevo lasciato aperto un rubinetto. Dopo poco mi dice che il pezzo non era disponibile. Un atteggiamento indisponibile e altezzoso da parte del tecnico mi ha alterato e portato a chiedere di rimontare la caldaia e andarsene. Da subito ha chiesto il pagamento dell'uscita ma visto il mio dignego e la chiamata con la sua ditta ha cambiato versione. In 10 anni di rapporti con questa ditta non ho mai avuto problemi. Peccato, avete perso un cliente.
