Esperienza negativa con l'azienda ELLEBI che ritenevo seria nonostante la qualità della stufa che lascia un po'desiderare nelle finiture .La grossa delusione c'è stata dopo la manutenzione ordinaria dove mi sono trovato il muro sporco di fuliggine e la stufa ruotata dalla sua normale posizione lasciando in vista tutti i tubi di connessione ed orientata verso un mobile . Dopo aver prontamente avvisato il titolare dell'azienda mi sono sentito dire di provvedere personalmente alla sistemazione ,di ripristinare il muro e che non poteva perdere altro tempo con queste cose ....mi ha riattaccato il telefono senza voler approfondire il discorso con eventuali scuse o chiarimenti. Non ho mai visto o sentito nessuno dopo questo spiacevole episodio.......Questo è il servizio post vendita che ho avuto io . A malincuore dopo tutta la fiducia che avevo riposto nelle aziende locali e nel made in ITALY Sconsiglio vivamente questa AZIENDA . M	Maria Pucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non ho avuto una bella esperienza e non posso consigliarlo. il 5 novembre Mi hanno installato una stufa a pellets con canalizzazione, in fase di installazione è stata indebolita la struttura della mia casa, tagliando del ferro della trave portante in mia assenza, in tutta grazia (eufemismo) mi è stato risposto che trovare del ferro nelle travi portanti è un terno al lotto.Hanno danneggiato la pavimentazione della camera forando il tetto e facendo fuoriuscire materiale che è poi caduto sul pavimento senza alcuna protezione. l'installazione è durata dalle 8 del mattino alle 8:30 della sera, vedendomi costretta, incinta e con una bambina di alloggiare altrove..Ho passato la pratica all'avvocato, e data l'assenza di riscontro procederemo come meglio riterrà lo stesso.
