Abbiamo fatto un ordine di gruppo e con richiesta particolare di consegna e il negozio ha riposto in maniera EGREGIA, c'è stata una piccola incompresione ma non appena comunicato il fatto il Titolare oltre a darmi più soluzioni mi ha spedito un casco integrale come scusa e devo dire che è stata cosa gradita ed ha permesso in maniera immediata di cancellare l'incomprensione, anzi ha dato modo a me ed ai miei amici di capire l'onestà e serietà in cui opera.
Quindi CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE L'ACQUISTO DI PIT BIKE O ACCESSORI, NE RIMARRETE DAVVERO CONTENTI!
GRANDE T - MOTO!!!! IL DIALOGO CREA SOLO BENE! :)
I can only be satisfied with the owner of T-moto.
We made a group order and with a particular delivery request and the shop replied in an EGREGIAN way, there was a little misunderstanding but as soon as I communicated the fact, the owner, in addition to giving me more solutions, sent me a full-face helmet as an excuse and I must say that it was a welcome thing and it immediately allowed to erase the misunderstanding, indeed it gave me and my friends a way to understand the honesty and seriousness in which it operates.
So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PURCHASE OF PIT BIKE OR ACCESSORIES, YOU WILL BE REALLY HAPPY!

Moto arrivata la vigilia di natale,perfetta in ogni particolare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angeschrieben wegen einer Anfrage. Rückmeldung kam alles auf italienisch schreiben. Also alles in den Übersetzer und nochmals angeschrieben . Bekam dann die Rückmeldung,die Änderung stärkere Batterien sei machbar. Nochmals angeschrieben, ob die Lieferung auch nach Spanien erfolgt, da wir gerade mit unserem Camper unterwegs sind. Keine Rückmeldung erhalten.Nochmals angeschrieben . Keine Rückmeldung. Anschließend angerufen und versucht mich mit englisch zu verständigen. Verkäufer erklärte mir, nur italienische Verständigung. Englisch klappte nicht also nochmals angeschrieben. Rückmeldung erfolgte bisher nicht.
Wie ist es ,wenn man dort einkauft und hat ein Problem? Braucht man dann jemanden, der italienische spricht???
