Segnalo per inadempienza nell'attivazione di un duplicato SIM; in tre settimane han sbagliato la procedura per ben tre volte (cosa che mi è stata confermata dagli operatori Wind del 155). Risultato? Sono sparita dal mondo dal 22.08.2015 perdendo molti contatti di lavoro. Consiglio? Evitatelo accuratamente e non fatevi prendere per i fondelli! NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE! I signal for default in the activation of a duplicate SIM; in three weeks they failed the procedure three times (which was confirmed to me by the Wind operators of 155). Result? I have disappeared from the world since 08/22/2015, losing many business contacts. Council? Avoid it carefully and don't get caught for a ride!

l	luigi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima assistenza. Premetto di aver acquistato da loro un cordless il 14 luglio 2017. Può capitare di perdere lo scontrino ma da loro non è consentito. Però a loro é consentito fumare in un esercizio e l'aria é irrespirabile quando si entra. Ma tralascio questo particolare perché non spetta a me sanzionare o rimproverare....ma la Legge è Legge. Ritornando.... Esiste procedura per fare copia dal registratore di cassa. Ma per loro non è possibile stampare, si consuma il rotolo dello scontrino . Insomma cordless impossibile da restituire nonostante il difetto di batteria ( scioglie le pile ricaricabili, l'autonomia è nulla e si spegne una volta tolto falla base) o del telefono. Al massimo si manda in assistenza, dal 1 settembre venendo incontro al discorso scontrino ( come? Prima è impossibile ora viene incontro ?). Secondo il rivenditore è una cosa strana è quasi impossibile visto che ne ha venduti 90, a suo dire ma non metto in dubbio. Ma io dovrei essere prigioniero di un telefono difettato fino al 1 settembre, poi devo attendere chissà quanti giorni per averlo e non so con che risultato. Visto le circostanze, non era meglio proporre un altro apparato al cliente e non perderlo? Parliamo di un costo di 29 euro. Il rivenditore si sarebbe poi rivalso sulla casa madre e nessuno ci avrebbe rimesso. Invece no. Comunque nessun problema. Acquistato altro telefono da altro negozio. Non consigliato assolutamente....di certo non mi vede più Bad assistance. I state that I purchased a cordless phone from them on July 14, 2017.
