★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovato per caso mentre ero alla ricerca di ricambi per il mio smartphone . Subito può essere scambiato per il più classico degli store online per ricambi , ma non è affatto così. Non posso che ritenermi soddisfatto al 100% di questa esperienza .Sono rimasto piacevolmente stupito dalla celerità nel supporto di pre-vendita e nella gestione /elaborazione dell'ordine che è arrivato il giorno dopo . Dispone di una vastissima gamma di ricambi(hanno veramente di tutto ) per qualsiasi tipo di brand e modello .Reputo il rapporto qualità/ prezzo eccellente e, per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza ho avuto la piena compatibilità sulla componentistica ( non è cosi scontato averla acquistando su canali non ufficiali , soprattutto da chi vende a prezzi stracciati ). In futuro mi appoggerò sicuramente a loro per le mie saltuarie riparazioni e non mancherò di consigliarlo a chiunque mi chieda dove potersi fornire . Continuate cosi ...
Found by accident while I was looking for spare parts for my smartphone. It can immediately be mistaken for the most classic of online spare parts stores, but this is not the case at all. I can only be 100% satisfied with this experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed in the pre-sales support and in the management / processing of the order that arrived the next day. It has a very wide range of spare parts (they really have everything) for any type of brand and model. I believe the quality / price ratio is excellent and, as far as my experience is concerned, I had full compatibility on the components (it is not so obvious to have purchased it on unofficial channels, especially by those who sell at bargain prices). In the future I will certainly rely on them for my occasional repairs and I will not fail to recommend it to anyone who asks me where to supply them. Keep it up ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessime esperienza in passato con le batterie ed i display Samsung. Poi hanno preso una serie di batterie più scadenti per iPhone, veramente pessime. Ho fatto un ordine a Giugno 2021 riguardo 2 prodotti ed entrambi difettosi. A causa loro ho dovuto smontare lo stesso telefono ben 3 volte. Flat ricarica e batteria difettosi (iPhone 6s Plus). Ed ho pagato molto di più rispetto a quello che c'è in rete per aver prodotti di qualità ed invece mi sono ritrovato pessimi ricambi. I problemi poi iniziano quando si deve fare un reso. Non sono per nulla propensi a tornare soldi o cambiare la merce. Li ho avvisati 2 mesi dopo l'acquisto della batteria difettosa ma hanno fatto gli gnorri, leggendo il messaggio su Whatsapp e mai rispondendo. Poi li ho ricontattati(dopo qualche mese per impegni e dimenticanze mie), esattamente un giorno dopo la scadenza della garanzia(danno solo 6 mesi) dicendomi che era passato troppo tempo e non potevano cambiarla o fare reso. Già a causa loro il primo reso del flat di ricarica mi era toccato ripagare 8€ di spedizione e non mi hanno nemmeno fatto lo scontrino di una nuova batteria che ho acquistato a parte. Gli stessi ricambi su Amazon e Ebay li avrei pagati 18€ circa spediti e per colpe loro ho speso circa 50€. Inutile che dite che sono passati oltre 2 mesi dopo la garanzia visto che io ben 2 mesi dopo l'acquisto vi avevo scritto (quindi era ancora in garanzia) e voi avete letto il messaggio facendo finta di nulla, leggendo il messaggio e non rispondendo. Dovreste pagare pure i danni per i casini che mi avete causato per colpa dei vostri pessimi ricambi. Ed ho le prove che posso pubblicare sia della data di acquisto e sia del vostro messaggio ignorato, altro che 6 mesi. Già dopo 2 mesi non ne volevate sapere più nulla. Vediamo cosa ne pensa l'associazione consumatori.
