★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un vaporetto hoover da poco acquistato, appena ricevuto ho riscontrato il difetto degli erogatori di vapore che hanno i fermi della baionetta che saltano e rischiano momenti di ustionarmi una mano. Ho contattato il servizio assistenza hoover che mi ha aperto un ticket di intervento in garanzia. Portato da System service dopo 2 gg.me lo hanno reso modificato ed ora è una vera bomba. Pulisce gli interstizi più difficili, le fughe delle piastrelle, i vetri in maniera fantastica. Lunga durata del vapore. Lo consiglio vivamente, così come consiglio il negozio che è bello,ordinato e l'intervento è stato risolutivo. Complimenti!!!
I brought a hoover steamer recently purchased, as soon as I received it I found the defect of the steam dispensers that have the bayonet catches that jump and risk moments of burning my hand. I contacted the hoover assistance service who opened a warranty service ticket for me. Brought by System service after 2 days, they made it modified and now it's a real bomb. It cleans the most difficult interstices, tile joints and glass in a fantastic way. Long steam life. I highly recommend it, as well as the shop which is nice, tidy and the intervention was decisive. Compliments!!!

Repaired old Moulinex blender with gasket and blade assembly replaced. Very fast, friendly and professional !! I recommend them !! Certainly the best in Turin.

Mi hanno spiegato che lo avrebbero portato ad un centro specializzato, informandomi da subito il costo massimo della riparazione, oltre al quale sarei stato chiamato per scegliere se procedere o meno. Sono stati cortesi, chiari, veloci e molto onesti. Grazie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altri servizi mi avevano detto che il mio folletto era troppo vecchio per sostituire un pezzo rotto, loro lo hanno preso, hanno fatto un preventivo di riparazione gratuito (comunicato al telefono e super abbordabile) ed in due giorni avevo di nuovo il folletto funzionante. Devo dire che il folletto è una garanzia, ma loro pure!!!!! Complimenti
Other services had told me that my goblin was too old to replace a broken piece, they took it, made a free repair quote (communicated over the phone and super affordable) and in two days I had the goblin working again. I must say that the elf is a guarantee, but so are they !!!!! Well done
