★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un comportamento vergognoso da parte di un tipo in giubbotto in pelle e jeans, e occhiali sulla fronte, mani in tasca costantemente, urla ai clienti e non sa gestire i suoi subalterni (urlando dietro anche a loro, senza alcun rispetto )
Basta assistere continuamente a maltrattamenti
Per me sarebbe da zero stelle

In particolare reputo molto bello che il signore che è il responsabile si faccia sempre in quattro per rispondere alle esigenze dei clienti con grande professionalità: se necessito di prodotti che in quel momento non sono presenti sugli scaffali me li fa ordinare secondo la mia necessità. Grazie di cuore ci si sente coccolati .
I have always felt comfortable in this supermarket for quality and courtesy. In particular, I think it is very nice that the gentleman who is in charge always goes out of his way to meet the needs of customers with great professionalism: if I need products that are not on the shelves at that time, he makes me order them according to my needs. Thank you very much you feel pampered.

È pulito, ci sono due casse.
Fanno offerte con volantino che si può trovare online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit and impressed as always by Ekom. Easily the cheapest out all the supermarkets by some distance, with quality to match. In the past, shopped at Ekom in via Castelgomberto, via Tripoli, corso Belgio & at Veneria. Experience varies between good and excellent; in other words the standard set by staff across the chain is consistently high. Competitors take note, courtesy costs nothing. The other main supermarkets are good at best in this respect, often worse, much worse.
