Staff very well prepared and very helpful. The nurse in charge of blood samples, very delicate and very fast. I highly recommend even the most fearful.

Prendo accordi con una delle due segretarie che mi garantisce che avrei speso 75€ e avrei avuto il referto nel giro di 24h o, comunque, prima della partenza e che potevo stare sereno. È il giorno del tampone: vado a farlo. All'accettazione l'altra segreteria, collega di quella con cui ho parlato al telefono, mi dice che avrei avuto bisogno di un'urgenza per fare processare il tampone in tempo per la mia partenza (che sarebbe avvenuta 48h dopo) e mi chiede 159€. Risultato? Tampone non eseguito. Che si arricchiscano con i soldi degli altri. A star because I can't give less! I call to make a swab in view of a departure. I make arrangements with one of the two secretaries who guarantees me that I would have spent € 75 and would have the report within 24 hours or, in any case, before departure and that I could be calm. It's tampon day: I'm going to do it. At the reception, the other secretary, a colleague of the one I spoke to on the phone, tells me that I would need an urgency to have the swab processed in time for my departure (which would have taken place 48 hours later) and asked me 159 €. Result? Buffer not performed. May they enrich themselves with other people's money.

Appena entro mi "accoglie" in modo molto scorbutico la segreteria della postazione 2, infastidita, come se dovesse farmi un favore. Anche il dottore è stata una nota stonata, non mi sono sentito a mio agio a dir la verità. L'unica nota positiva sono state le 2 infermiere, molto gentili, simpatiche e disponibili. Sinceramente sono stato in questo luogo obbligato dall'azienda, perché se dovessi andarci di mia volontà, non ci andrei. La gente non ha ancora compreso che in questi luoghi ci vuole gentilezza e sorriso. Non lo consiglio. I went to this medical laboratory to undergo a medical examination for work. As soon as I enter, the secretary of station 2 "welcomes" me in a very grumpy way, annoyed, as if he were doing me a favor. The doctor was also a sour note, I didn't feel comfortable to tell the truth. The only positive note were the 2 nurses, very kind, nice and helpful. Honestly I have been to this place obliged by the company, because if I had to go there of my own free will, I would not go there. People have not yet understood that in these places you need kindness and a smile. I don't recommend it.
