★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spero di essere stata solo io ad avere questo problema (altrimenti avremmo un serio problema con il tracciamento). Tampone molecolare il 30 Dicembre, al mattino, e alla sera del 2 Gennaio ancora nessun risultato.
 I hope it was just me who had this problem (otherwise we would have a serious problem with tracking). Molecular swab on December 30, in the morning, and in the evening of January 2 still no results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca trasparenza sui prezzi, 50 euro aggiuntivi per avere il referto in tempo, altrimenti non garantiscono il risultato. 10 euro aggiuntivi per la traduzione in inglese, nel 2022. (scrivono negative invece di negativo)
Little transparency on prices, additional 50 euros to have the report on time, otherwise they do not guarantee the result. 10 euros additional for the English translation, in 2022. (write negative instead of negative)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi: in un gruppo di amici abbiamo fatto il tampone molecolare (due a Ferrara, due a Bologna, uno a Modena) e dopo 45 ore ancora non abbiamo ricevuto l’esito, nonostante la convenzione fatta tra Synlab e Regione Emilia-Romagna dica esplicitamente che vada consegnato entro le 24 ore successive.
Bad: in a group of friends we did the molecular swab (two in Ferrara, two in Bologna, one in Modena) and after 45 hours we still haven't received the result, despite the agreement made between Synlab and the Emilia-Romagna Region explicitly states which must be delivered within the following 24 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ultima volta che mi sono recato nel laboratorio analisi sono rimasto sbalordito dalle tariffe applicate rispetto a quelle del mese di maggio scorso (dove avevo effettuato altre analisi). Praticamente tutte aumentate del 100% con punte del 1000% (omocisteina da 4 euro a 37,8 euro). Credo che valuterò altre strutture private, sperando siano più convenienti. Ho già scritto all'indirizzo e mi hanno confermato che le tariffe ASL applicate in precedenza presentando l'impegnativa medica non sono più applicabili. Pertanto sono state confermati gli esorbitanti incrementi.
The last time I went to the analysis laboratory, I was amazed by the rates applied compared to those of last May (where I had carried out other analyzes). Virtually all increased by 100% with peaks of 1000% (homocysteine from € 4 to € 37.8). I think I will consider other private facilities, hoping they will be more convenient. I have already written to the address and they confirmed that the ASL rates previously applied by presenting the medical referral are no longer applicable. Therefore the exorbitant increases were confirmed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, a distanza di 72 ore da tampone molecolare ancora nessun esito e nessun tipo di comunicazione se non quella che se vuoi avere l'esito del tampone entro le 24 ore devi pagare un' extra (il doppio) cosa che chiaramente prima, al momento del pagamento, non era stata esplicitata. Zero professionalità
Bad service, after 72 hours from molecular swab still no result and no type of communication except that if you want to have the swab result within 24 hours you have to pay an extra (double) which clearly before, at at the time of payment, had not been made explicit. Zero professionalism

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare…ti chiedono 40€ (Per un totale di 110€) in più per fare il tampone molecolare e i supplementi te li fanno pagare senza avvisarti, nonostante tu abbia gia un appuntamento fissato per il costo di 70€ in cui gli avevi già spiegato tutto. Se volete esser presi in giro è il laboratorio giusto.
To avoid ... they ask you 40 € (for a total of 110 €) more to make the molecular swab and the supplements they make you pay without warning, although you already have an appointment set for the cost of 70 € in which you had already explained everything. If you want to be fooled, this is the right laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenoto tampone molecolare. Tempo attesa dichiarato 24…36h. Allo sportello avvisano che, causa forte affluenza, l’attesa potrebbe prolungarsi, salvo optare per procedura di urgenza, con extra costo che raddoppia il prezzo del tampone. Rispondo che le 24…36h sono per me sufficienti. Oggi, dopo 72h l’esito non è ancora disponibile. Nel frattempo è saltato il mio cenone di S. Silvestro ed il mio pranzo di Capodanno. Non aggiungo ulteriori commenti!
I have a molecular buffer. Waiting time declared 24… 36h. At the counter they warn that, due to high turnout, the wait could be prolonged, except for an urgent procedure, with an extra cost that doubles the price of the tampon. I reply that 24 ... 36h are enough for me. Today, after 72 hours, the result is not yet available. In the meantime, my New Year's Eve dinner and my New Year's Eve dinner have been skipped. I do not add further comments!
