Incompetent at the entrance they do not even know which documents to present with a minor. And then why make a 12-year-old child sign what value does it have?

An area for vaccinations has been set up inside the Ferrara Fair. Perfect organization, medical and non-medical staff, polite and well-trained. I thank everyone for giving us this opportunity in a comfortable and safe way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante avessimo l'appuntamento per la terza dose abbiamo fatto circa un'ora di coda per via di ritardi. Appena entrati il servizio è stato lento per quanto riguarda la vaccinazione e altrettanto per la documentazione finale
Although we had an appointment for the third dose, we queued for about an hour due to delays. As soon as we entered the service was slow with regards to vaccination and equally slow with regard to final documentation

Terza dose con prenotazione circa 13.30: attesa 1 ora e 45 minuti per ricevere la dose + 30 minuti (invece dei 15 previsti per me) di attesa per ricevere l'attestazione.
Code lunghe fuori per i non prenotati & troppa attesa per chi si è "disturbato" a prenotare, nonostante la struttura stesse lavorando a pieno regime

Third dose with reservation around 1.30pm: wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to receive the dose + 30 minutes (instead of the 15 scheduled for me) to receive the certificate.
Long queues outside for non-booked people & too much waiting for those who "bothered" to book, despite the fact that the structure was working at full capacity
