I	Ile Mo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irrispettosi. Ho preso l'appuntamento 10 giorni fa per delle analisi importanti, mi reco oggi in laboratorio ed era chiuso per sciopero: "devi riprenotare al cup". Irrispettosi perché avrebbero potuto comunicare lo sciopero almeno 2 giorni prima (come siamo tenuti a farlo noi clienti che se non rispettiamo la norma abbiamo una multa da pagare). Tra l'altro mi sono recata ieri in laboratorio per ritirare i contenitori dicendo che avrei fatto gli esami il giorno seguente e non mi é stato comunicato nemmeno in quel caso lo sciopero. Ricordatevi che non lavorate soltanto voi. Disrespectful. Probabilmente se avvisavate i vostri clienti anche solo con una email dell-esistenza della vostra filiale al grattacielo sarebbe stato utile. Mi sono recata lì e dopo aver fatto la fila mi hanno rifiutato visto che non era il posto giusto. Visto che ero jn ritardo ho cercato di telefonare ma nessuno si è degnato di rispondere. Mi sono recata al nuovo indirizzo ma non sono riuscita a parcheggiare. Servizio pessimo. Ho disdetto appuntamento in ritardo e il cui mi ha detto che se voglio fare il prelievo devo ripagare il ticket ed è enoroso . . This morning I had an appointment to make a withdrawal.
