Green pass mai arrivato, loro dicono di aver fatto tutto corretto ma chiamando i numeri verdi del ministero della salute e dell'app immuni a loro non risulta alcun tampone effettuato. Perso decine di minuti al telefono per prendere la linea. Mi hanno creato un grave disagio. Tampon done with carelessness compared to other places. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare 1ora esatta al freddo perché per la registrazione e pagamento di ogni persona ci volevano circa 5/8 minuti. Non serve a niente l'appuntamento e la registrazione on line perché arrivati lì loro devono rinserire tutti i dati. Fila incredibile, tutti gli utenti in ritardo. Fatto il tampone, sono le ore 23 del giorno dopo e non è ancora arrivato il referto. Risposte loro: il referto arriva in tutta la giornata successiva al esame. Se arriva dopo le 23 mi sembra proprio una presa in giro. 50€ per un disservizio e una mancanza di professionalità mai viste Pésimo! Avoid! Appointment made online for 8:30. Once the swab is done, it is 11pm the next day and the report has not yet arrived. Their answers: the report arrives all day after the exam. Tampone PCR effettuato il 28 dicembre mattina, avevano assicurato che sarebbe arrivato massimo massimo entro le 23:59 del giorno successivo. Sono passate più di 48 ore e sono ancora in attesa, bloccato a casa. Presumibilmente in questi giorni avranno tantissimi tamponi da processare, ma promettere qualcosa che non si riesce a mantenere non è un comportamento corretto. Tampone arrivato in ritardo con esito negativo anche se persino un rapido fatto in casa dava esito positivo. Dopo aver aspettato 5 giorni per aver il referto sono dovuta andare a fare un rapido in farmacia che mi attestasse la positività facendo così slittare l'inizio delle mia quarantena. "Infermiera" scortese che nemmeno saluta e ad una mia semplice domanda mi sbuffa in faccia. Tampone evidentemente fatto male, me ne ero accorta dalla svogliatezza e successivamente dal referto. Chiamo i vari numeri e non risponde nessuno, sto percorrendo vie legali perché siete davvero la vergogna. DO NOT GO TO THE WORLD FOR ANY REASON The most total disgust. After waiting 5 days to get the report, I had to go and do a quick at the pharmacy to certify my positivity, thus postponing the start of my quarantine. Ci sono andata il 31/12 e ho pagato di più per avere il referto entro le 23.59 del giorno successivo perché il 2 dovevo prendere l'aereo e.. niente! Il 2 ancora non avevano messo il referto online! Per fortuna poco prima del mio volo ho ricevuto la comunicazione dal Ministero col green pass e mi hanno permesso di imbarcare con quello! Don't trust this swab lab if you have to take a plane! I went there on 12/31 and I paid more to get the report by 11.59 pm the next day because on the 2nd I had to take the plane and .. nothing! On the 2nd they still hadn't put the report online! Fortunately, shortly before my flight I received the communication from the Ministry with the green pass and they allowed me to board with it!
