★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È da poche settimane che sono con Synergie.. mi trovo benissimo, lavoro tutti i giorni, ragazze chiarissime, esattamente dal 10 settembre non mi sono fermato un attimo, se si “ha voglia “ di lavorare sono pronte a chiamare... promossa a pieni voti!!!
 I have been with Synergie for a few weeks now .. I feel great, I work every day, very clear girls, exactly since September 10th I haven't stopped for a moment, if you "want" to work I'm ready to call ... promoted to honors!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenza assoluta su ogni fronte
Al telefono ho chiesto a che ora potevo passare per lasciare un cv aggiornato e mi viene detto il martedì, mi presento nel primo pomeriggio e mi liquidano dicendomi che l'orario è dalle 10 alle 12.
Cosa che al telefono non mi è stata detta.
Ps c è un'offerta da loro pubblicata per una tipologia di lavoro dove ho una grande esperienza , non hanno mai aperto il mio cv e sono stato scartato.
Absolute incompetence on every front
On the phone I asked what time I could go to leave a cv updated and I'm told on Tuesday, I introduce myself in the early afternoon and they dismiss me saying that the time is from 10 to 12.

Ps c is an offer published by them for a type of job where I have a great experience, have never opened my CV and I have been discarded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando mi hanno chiamata la prima volta per un colloquio non sono riuscita a rispondere e quando li ho ricontattati mi hanno detto che si sarebbero informati e mi avrebbero richiamata.. È andata avanti così per due settimane e in tutto questo nessuno si è più fatto sentire. Alla fine l'offerta di lavoro è scaduta e il colloquio non l'ho mai fatto. Pessimi!!!
When they called me for the first time for an interview I was unable to answer and when I contacted them they told me that they would inquire and call me back. It went on like this for two weeks and in all this nobody made himself heard . Eventually the job offer expired and the interview I never did. Bad !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provando ad accedere al sito Synergie Italia s.p.a mi compare una pagina gialla della polizia postale: ATTENZIONE POTENZIALE RISCHIO PER LA SICUREZZA. Detto questo vi cosiglio vivamente di stare attenti alle agenzie interinali,dato che il loro unico scopo,non è trovare lavoro alla gente,ma ben si avere più consensi possibili al trattamento dei dati personali. Dato che oggi giorno molte aziende e multinazionali traggono profitto proprio dalla vendita della privacy e dal consenso dei nostri dati personali e sensibili. (Cogito ergo sum).
P.S La cosa forse più ironica e che a queste agenzie non interessa la proffessionalità o le competenze acquisite nel corso di un'intera vita,ma solo quanto il capo riesci a chinare ed obbedire senza mai contestare. Anche se si à ragione,più competenze e più proffesionalità nell'ambito lavorativo nel quale si viene assegnati. Credo che ormai in molti anno capito che non siamo altro se non dei numeri dal quale trarne profitto. Il problema in se non sarebbero neanche le agenzie,ma le istituzioni il quale se ne fregano altamente di ciò che sta accadendo. Stegisti che lavorano dai 3 ai 6 mesi e poi "AUGURI" per il futuro. Il tutto al solo scopo di risparmiare senza poi insegnare un mestire a quest'ultimi. Carne da macello siamo e basta. VERGOGNA.

P.S Perhaps the most ironic thing is that these agencies do not care about their professionalism or skills acquired over the course of a lifetime, but only how much the boss can bend and obey without ever contesting. Even if you are right, more skills and more professionalism in the work environment in which you are assigned. I believe that for many years now we have understood that we are nothing but numbers from which we can profit. The problem itself would not be the agencies either, but the institutions which do not give a damn about what is happening. Stegisti who work from 3 to 6 months and then "WISHES" for the future. All for the sole purpose of saving money without then teaching them a job. We are just meat for slaughter. SHAME.
