Io ho lavorato su Genova, per cui ho avuto modo di apprezzare l'elevata professionalità dei componenti di questo team, in particolare Carola Nozzoli (una professionista di altissimo profilo) e Marta Cannavale. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la visione strategica nel saper dare i migliori consigli, la capacità di coaching nel saper condurre con fermezza ma sempre con estremo tatto e "Human touch" candidati che, per ovvi motivi, si trovano in un momento di estrema fragilità.
