Mi hanno fatto un colloquio nel giro di un giorno,mi hanno messo in contatto con l'azienda,e 2 giorni dopo ho iniziato a lavorare,peccato sia stato per pochi giorni

Mi candido per un lavoro, mi concordano un colloquio, sostengo il colloquio che sembra essere molto positivo, addirittura vengo richiamato nella stessa giornata per dare una mia ulteriore conferma di interesse verso la posizione ricercata e mi vengono elencate RAL e orari di lavoro della posizione. La selezione dei CV sarebbe stata chiusa di li a poco e mi "avrebbero fatto sapere qualcosa già dalla settimana prossima".
Conclusione? Passano 3 settimane, mando una mail alla dipendente di Quanta con cui avevo interloquito, mi risponde 24 ore dopo freddamente dicendomi che la committenza aveva mirato verso CV piú senior e di continuare a guardare le posizioni da loro offerte. Che poca professionalità, se non mi facevo vivo io loro lasciavano decadere la mia candidatura senza risposte? E soprattutto bel modo di rapportarsi con i candidati, fomentano false speranze. Sconsiglierò caldamente a tutte le mie consocenze di rapportarsi con un agenzia del genere.
Bad experience. I am applying for a job, they agree on an interview, I support the interview which seems to be very positive, I am even called back on the same day to give my further confirmation of interest in the position sought and I am listed on the salary and working hours of the position. The CV selection would be closed shortly thereafter and "they would let me know something as early as next week".
Conclusion? Three weeks pass, I send an email to the Quanta employee with whom I had talked, she replies 24 hours later coldly telling me that the client had aimed towards more senior CVs and to continue to look at the positions offered by them. What lack of professionalism, if I didn't show up, they would let my candidacy lapse without answers? And above all, a nice way of dealing with candidates, they foment false hopes. I will strongly advise against all my acquaintances to deal with such an agency.
