Very kind staff, great customer care. All very neat and clean. I also recommend as a gift it is possible to go as a couple or parent and children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautifully decorated hammam, pleasant staff and an intricate treatment with a white clay scrub imported from Iran, a soap scrub and oil massage which left me in relaxed bliss. The massage therapist was lovely, she washed my hair and massaged my scalp. I am seven months pregnant and she knew what to do and what not to do. I also enjoyed the playlist :)
The boss is the most charming company, I got to chat with her briefly before leaving, a beautiful person inside and out. I will recommend that anybody who visists Genova visit this marvellous slice of heaven.
