Forse troppo abituati ai clienti vip che non hanno bisogno di preventivi e di far quadrare i conti,come la gente comune.
PS torta poi acquistata alla Pasticceria Alvin's,bellissima,buonissima e tanta attenzione al cliente.!!!

Perhaps too used to VIP customers who do not need quotes and make ends meet, like ordinary people.
PS cake then purchased at Alvin's Pastry, beautiful, very good and a lot of attention to the customer. !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La torta è molto appariscente e molto bella, curata in ogni dettaglio e fa l'effetto wow!! Il ripieno è buono e la crema anche... sebbene il pan di Spagna fosse poco bagnato non era secco. Forse non avrei messo il cioccolato intorno, ma questo è un mio gusto. Comunque tuona la torta e gentilissima la proprietà. Ci tornerò.
The cake is very flashy and very beautiful, with attention to every detail and makes the effect wow !! The filling is good and the cream too ... although the sponge cake was a little wet it was not dry. Maybe I wouldn't have put chocolate around, but that's my taste. However the cake thunders and the property is very kind. I'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I have ever had. I called up to request 30 cupcakes for a birthday party. I was told that they were too busy to make these in the flavour I wanted, so I would have to have only a selection of the flavours the owner would choose. I then requested if it was possible to add colour to the cupcake - gold and silver - in line with the theme of the party. The lady on the telephone told me I had no taste and how could I make my guests each gold and silver cupcakes. I have never experienced such terrible service and such rudeness over an enquiry. Is this a joke??? Are you seriously talking to customers like this?????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick update: Just ordered for the second time and had to share that this cake too was executed perfectly. This time I will upload a photo to show the various cheese she made with the wine barrel for my husband who is aging perfectly :)
Her chocolate sponge cake is not sweet and has just the right amount of coco taste and the best texture. Basically ordered the same flavour as the first time but she suggested in place of chocolate chips we use raspberry coullie and it was indeed a great combo with the cake. I’m so glad I found this place in Milan. Everyone needs a trusted go-to baker in my opinion.

Ordered my son’s first bday cake with elements customized from his favorite stuffy (I sent over a photo) and other designs I’ve wanted. Execution was perfect, super cute cake... but mostly it was DELICIOUS. The chocolate sponge cake with mascarpone and cream cheese with chocolate chips were not overly sweet and reminded me of a very high quality bakery in NYC. I ordered in Italian but she seemed to speak English also perfectly. Delivery on time even on a snowy day in Milan. Will definitely order again for next festivities.
