I share Giovanni Zuccaro's review- no credit card payments! (No pos) In this part of Milan to have no pos is inacceptable and ILLEGAL! On the product& place: many ice cream flavours, ice cream cakes, frappes, sorbetti and good breakfast selection of croissonts. Place is cheaply decorated, but clean. No table service, uninterested personnel.

Fall in love at the first sight: - Clean design gelateria - Showcase is full of gelato flavours, cheek pastries, semifreddo and gelato cakes - Best brioche in the morning and remember pitaschio crema adding is the clever choice. The sweeteness is a bit high in some gelato but service is perfect so I forget everythings and passing these sweets.

The desserts are delicious and affordable. A must try when visiting milan

Great ice cream, nice presentation of cakes. Reasonable price. Definitely a good option for people who are invited for a dinner to bring to the host's house a nice dessert.

I am beyond upset!! I went here with my 7 year old daughter the other day. I have been here at least a dozen times or more in the year that I’ve lived here and a few times before that. However, the other day was my last time. I always thought the place is quaint and clean, but the staff have always been distant and not very nice. My daughter wanted to try a granita in a pointed cup for the first time. Well, as soon as she got it, it fell immediately on the floor. The girl working said nothing! I expected her to immediately say something and offer even a little cup to my daughter who was screaming bloody murder. I had just paid 3,10€ and nothing!! THE GIRL SAID ‘IT IS NOT MY FAULT AND I CAN DO NOTHING!’ SERIOUSLY???? Who says that to a little girl in a room filled with people and doesn’t offer a replacement?? I had to pony up another 3,10€ for another one for my screaming daughter and HAD TO WAIT, as the girl had already gone on with another customer!!! I was livid!!! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THIS PLACE! The blonde girl there, probably around 20 years old, has the personality of dead wood and zero customer service skills. She should be fired and everyone else in there as well. I mean how hard is it to replace ONE granita??? I’m sure they throw away a lot every day!! Disgusting and greedy place. I suggest to avoid!! Furthermore, Mela Verde is at Piazza Martini and their gelato is much better and the girls are ALWAYS nice!! Another point to be made here is my daughter got a popsicle recently at another bar and didn’t like the flavor and the owner could see she wasn’t happy and just offered her another one without paying!! THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Gelateria Milanesi is horrible.

It's always sad to remove stars for poor service: the cashier was slow and not a pleasant experience. Considering that the prices here are above average, they should do better. With better service I would easily grant 4-5 stars as pastetries, ice cream and coffee are all spledid. Update: doesn't give receipts!!!

We stop by here for granita. You can find a great variety of granita, ice cream and other sweets. The place is located close to Parco Vittorio Formentano.

The place is nice and quiet. But the staff is not very kind. They do not smile and are not friendly. I went there for the second time and wanted to pay with credit card, they said I cannot and took my bag so I could go to the bank nearby and bring cash. This place is not like a bar, but more like a cafeteria so I assumed they accept cards but if not, they must write it and put it somewhere. I don’t think I will go there again although it’s very convenient for my break on Wednesdays.
