Starting from the assumption that it was a purchase made by telephone and not in person, from Veneto .. that every single detail has been taken care of to perfection by the girls (but above all by Mariella who is an exceptional and very kind girl) ... I managed to give an EXPERIENCE (not a gift, but a gift / a surprise / a beautiful packaging / a note written by them) to my mother-in-law from afar, only with the help of a fantastic staff who work in this shop !!!! congratulations for your professionalism and efficiency !!
