Torno oggi in negozio per la riparazione, con la transazione del pos e mostro la foto dello scontrino cortesia, messo solo all’interno degli orologi, mi viene detto che non possono effettuare il cambio senza lo scontrino fiscale o comunque senza lo scontrino di cortesia! Allora la transazione effettuata alla stessa ora e lo stesso giorno dell’acquisto che avevo in foto cos’è? Torno da chi ho regalato gli orologi e dico di ridarmi lo scontrino? In più la cosa peggiore che è successa ieri, una delle signore a cui ho regalato l’orologio, è andata a far stringere normalmente l’orologio le hanno detto “prenda questo che mi viene meglio togliere le maglie” questa è professionalità? Non credo proprio! Inutile basarsi sul format aziendale, le buone maniere e la preparazione e il saper accontentare il cliente portano avanti le aziende stesse! Le scuse,invece, respingono i clienti e non fanno andare avanti i negozi. Purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata buona! Come noto anche altre persone hanno avuto la mia stessa esperienza. Non solo chiudono prima del previsto, in più mi ha anche sbattuto la porta in faccia. Entro in negozio e i nvece di accogliere i clienti con il saluto la primissima cosa che la commessa chiede è chi sia l'ultimo entrato, le serve il green pass... Benissimo le mostro il certificato fatto non più di 24 ore fa e mi dice che non è valido, le faccio notare che da ultimo decreto si può accedere ai negozi col tampone entro le 48 ore, prontamente mi rispondeche la sua azienda @stroili consente l'accesso solo col super green pass... Dovrei chiamare i carabinieri, ma preferisco spendere il mio tempo ed il mio denaro altrove. Vergognosi Never again! Naturalmente ero provvisto del qr valido ma nettamente contrariato all'acquisto che ho fatto solo per questioni di tempo e impegni.
