In quella con le zucchine nel cartellino ingredienti c era scritto ci fosse anche la pancetta e invece c erano solo le zucchine. Rapporto qualità prezzo non bilanciato, mi sembra caro per la qualità ritrovata. Quello che ti colpisce appena assaggi qualsiasi tipo di focaccia è la sua "leggerezza" che è dovuta alle farine usate e al tipo di lievitazione. Ottimo anche il pane!!!! This focacceria has been open for almost a year and I must say that it is now known by all the citizens. What strikes you as soon as you taste any type of focaccia is its "lightness" which is due to the flours used and the type of leavening. The bread is also excellent !!!!

Ho preso due tranci: uno con mortadella, stracciatella e granella di pistacchio, ed un altro con cipolla caramellata e gorgonzola dolce, il tutto servito su dei piccoli vassoi di legno. Ho preso anche una pagnotta ai grani antichi con lievito madre perché ho visto che da poco fanno anche pane di loro produzione. Personale educato, gentile e preparato. Buona scelta di birre. È possibile comprare da asporto o mangiare direttamente ai tavolini posti appena fuori, se non vi dà fastidio il traffico sia di gente che di macchine. Consigliato!
