On en prends pleins les yeux. La vendeuse nous a donné toutes les explications de ce nouveau concept et en plus en français.
La boutique est sur deux étages et les vendeuses très agréables comme toujours chez Swarovski. Je suis une cliente de longue date et j’ai été ravie de découvrir ce nouveau style de magasin.

We take full eyes. The saleswoman gave us all the explanations of this new concept and in addition in French.
The shop is on two floors and the sales assistants are very pleasant as always at Swarovski. I have been a long-time customer and was delighted to discover this new style of store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato Stefania e le sue colleghe da Milano per una composizione in cristallo che risultava essere solamente a Verona.
Stefania è stata gentilissima e velocissima.
Si é occupata di tutto in modo molto efficiente organizzando la spedizione dell’oggetto in giornata e dentro al pacco ho ricevuto anche un pensiero x pasqua.
Unica pecca: il servizio di spedizione TNT. Completamente disorganizzati e nel pieno di scioperi interni loro aziendali e sindacali, per i quali sono stata costretta ad andare a ritirare il pacco personalmente.
Per il resto raccomando assolutamente Swarowski ed il loro team
I called Stefania and her colleagues from Milan for a crystal composition that turned out to be only in Verona.
Stefania was very kind and very fast.
She took care of everything very efficiently by organizing the shipment of the item within the day and inside the package I also received a gift for Easter.
The only flaw: the TNT shipping service. Completely disorganized and in the midst of internal company and union strikes, for which I was forced to go and collect the package personally.
For the rest I absolutely recommend Swarowski and their team
