N	Nynke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location, nice and clean rooms, friendly staff and a great breakfast. Also we really liked the beds. The windows can be opened and there are black out curtains, so we had a good night sleep.

[	[FOODIE] on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best location in town, they also have a tesla destination charger, which should be advertised more! Very friendly hotel staff, rooms are modern and we had a view to the arena, which was very cool. Bathroom smelled a little unfortunately.
T	Tobias Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel! The most kind and motivated staff i ever had the pleasure to meet. Everyone working there seems highly involved and has a very positive attitude. Small things like serving a good coffee while we waited for our car (and refusing to accept payment or even a tip for it) only added to the already stellar experience. Will definitely come again! If one wants to be incredibly picky, one could complain about the weird installation of the toilets (unnecessary close to the wall). But that's like complaining Dante didn't write in English.

Found this place after had terrible service at Rigoletto, no one was there to open door for me, so i had to find another place on the spot. For few do llars more, I got service that worth much more that they charge. Milano hotel and spa right away made me feel like at home. From the moment i walked in to the moment i was relaxing in rooftop jacuzzi, with amazing view to Arena , took exactly 25 min. I got room with view to Arena, even without asking. Breakfast was served like at high class restaurant, with huge variety of choices from the menu. Everything carefully chosen, for the clients comfort . Stuff very very polite and friendly, especially Cristina and Gavriel. There is much more to say, but it's better one time to try yourself. This place is simply cares! Thank you guys for making my stay at your place so special, cannot wait to come back!
S	Steven Pego on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure what criteria gives Hotels official five-star status, but I would say this hotel has it all! My overall experience at this hotel was a 12/10. I stayed here two nights alongside my partner and we both agree that it was better than our other hotel at another part of the trip. The SECOND our taxi stopped at the door we were greeted and our bags were taken and dealt with. They were super friendly (even though it was January 1st) and even had our room ready in 15 minutes (even though we got there before check-in). The hotel room was on the smaller side (we knew this when we booked) but it was perfect and just what we needed. It has a (looks to me) newly renovated room with a large bed, spacious shower, and LED lighting everywhere. The hotel's location is also great since it was a 1-minute walk to the arena and a 5-minute walk to Juliet's house. The breakfast food and service was truly amazing, anything you could ask for in a buffet breakfast in Europe AND IT WAS ONLY 6 EUROS. I recommend going up to the roof deck and having a drink up there with the arena in the background. Truly a wonderful experience.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. You must have dinner or an appetivo ? on the rooftop it’s spectacular view in the evening. Breakfast at the hotel was fabulous staff super attentive. ? Also parking available at the hotel which is fab if your driving. We absolutely loved ? our stay at the hotel. ?
