E	Edoardo Piciucchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A real 5 star hotel! You feel welcome, the personnel is of very high level at the concierge, the breakfast room and at dinner. They always have a solution for you and they are very polite. The breakfast (served at the table during the COVID crisis) has only fresh ingredients and the service is very well managed. The dinner is served on their amazing rooftop and the quality of the food (I took fish) is very high. Congrats to the chefs! Some rooms may look tiny but they are comfortable, very well cleaned and the bathrooms feel cozy and well maintained. Being an historical building, the level of the service is well above the expectations and it should be an example to all 5 stars in Italy that are in historical building and are difficult to maintain. Overall, the Due Torri deserves the place in the Leading Hotels of the World

But you can have a unique location only, a charming experience, full of history only in a place like this. Don't be one of all, one time in your life gift yourself with a luxury hotel like this. V	Veneto Travel Agency on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is simply the first time in my working experience, that a Valet , Margil I guess , rude and totally unprofessional, same as the lady in reception, almost forced me to remove my car from their dedicated area, while I was waiting on my clients, the reason I came 10 minutes earlier! Such an attitude is not something I will expect from the staff os such a Hotel! I will never , ever bring my own clients to this place

We booked in direct contact with the hotel (NO 15% charge to any online booking portal for the hotel), however we did not receive any benefit from this action. The reception service was friendly, but the area is way to small for the Hotel size (there was always a queue - no privacy). We had beautifully maintained & clean vintage rooms to a courtyard (no views), the historic details in the rooms were great and appreciated. The bathroom was great in the space available. We had dinner at the roof top restaurant, which was extremely overpriced! The food was tasteful, well presented and the service was friendly, but a bit arrogant. Each main dish was 40 EUR, which was far too high for nothing special and with missing creativity. At the breakfast buffet, the hotel were letting its guest down. The selection was basic, no ideas, there was no real spirit and a very small room area. I upset my stomach with either the scrambled eggs or the mushrooms (spent a day in bed to recover) of the breakfast buffet. Overall a bit disappointing, after reading all the excellent reviews, but may be this is Verona. Again the rooms we had are great, by having such rich character and spirit.

The location is very convenient- right next to the Santa Anastasia Basilica and close to the main shopping square with tons of street vendors and restaurants.
