Ho avuto in regalo una collana un anno fa , essendosi rotto il gancetto dell'apertura ed essendo la collana ancora in garanzia vado in negozio e la commessa mi dice che la collana resta in assistenza un mese ma che non è detto che l' aggiustanoin quanto la collana è fuori produzione quindi o la potrei riavere indietro rotta oppure potrebbero farmi un buono. Ora trovo davvero poco serio che per una collana il cui prezzo si aggira sui 100 euro e per la quale si assicura la garanzia poi di fatti si scopre che è una fregatura questa garanzia. Si dovrebbe informare prima la clientela su questo pezzi che possono diventare " fuori produzione". Alla fine comunque ho risolto portandola da un piccolo gioielliere che in un paio di giorni sostituirà il gancetto con un altro bagnato nell'oro ( come la collana!) al modico prezzo di 5 euro . Diffidate dalle grandi catene. Nothing to say about the polite and friendly staff, a fairly serious note on the company's policy. I got a necklace as a gift a year ago, the hook of the opening having broken and the necklace still under warranty, I go to the shop and the saleswoman tells me that the necklace remains in service for a month but that it is not said that they will fix it as the necklace is out of production so either I could get it back broken or they could give me a voucher. Now I find it really not very serious that for a necklace whose price is around 100 euros and for which the guarantee is ensured then in fact it turns out that this guarantee is a rip-off. Customers should first be informed about this parts which may become "discontinued". In the end, however, I solved it by taking it to a small jeweler who in a couple of days will replace the hook with another one dipped in gold (like the necklace!) At the modest price of 5 euros. Beware of big chains.

Ci sono nuovamente tornato oggi 26/5/19, questa volta per l'acquisto di un anello di fidanzamento più importante con tre pietre centrali di cui una verde ed altre più piccole ai due lati, uno spettacolo vero bellissimo e di classe per la mia Lei. È Inutile dire un accoglienza gentilissima, seria e professionale sopratutto, come sempre la ragazza dello staff ha saputo consigliarmi al meglio, sono veramente soddisfatto,ormai il mio negozio di fiducia.
