Ci sono altri negozi a Firenze ma questo ai Gigli è il mio negozio di fiducia. Very courteous saleswoman available and attentive to requests with excellent advice. There are other shops in Florence but this Ai Gigli is my trusted shop.

(sennò nemmeno quella) ; mi sono recata per cambiare un regalo ( articolo in saldo ) e non ho trovato ne cortesia ne attenzione dalle commesse al mio arrivo nonostante non ci fosse altra gente in negozio ,oltretutto mi sono infastidita perche' potevo cambiare solo con articolo a saldo (scelta molto limitata) e non trovando nulla che mi serviva al momento ho chiesto se potevano fare un buono e mi hanno risposto che con la merce a saldo non possono farlo quindi, ho fatto presente che la limitazione mi costrigeva a prendere qualcosa per non perdere i soldi e , non ho ricevuto assistenza ne aiuto a scegliere anzi sono rimaste molto scostanti . Per il marchio che rappresentano non mi sembrano adeguate .?? Only one star because otherwise Google won't let me review ? (otherwise not even that one); I went to exchange a gift (item on sale) and I did not find any courtesy or attention from the orders upon my arrival even though there was no other people in the shop, moreover I got annoyed because I could only change with the item on sale (very limited choice) and not finding anything I needed at the moment I asked if they could make a voucher and they replied that with the goods on the balance they can do it therefore, I pointed out that the limitation forced me to take something in order not to lose money and, I did not receive assistance or help to choose indeed they remained very unfriendly. For the brand they represent they do not seem adequate to me

Capisco che un centro commerciale è sempre abbastanza caotico, ma ciò non toglie che un cliente vada un minimo seguito! Forse ho beccato un giorno in cui le commesse non erano particolarmente inclini a lavorare, fatto sta che chiacchieravano fra loro, io ho cercato di farmi notare ma nulla allora ho chiesto e si sono interessate a me svogliatamente, come se fossi lì solo per far perdere tempo. Non hanno avuto nemmeno l'acume di notare che indossavano una parure abbastanza vistosa di Swarovski e che quantomeno fosse chiaro che conoscevo e compravo suddetti gioielli ... Ho scoperto poi che durante la scelta del regalo il mio fidanzato ha ricevuto lo stesso trattamento! Non mi recherò in nessun caso nuovamente in questo punto vendita! Ho cambiato un articolo in saldo e nonostante volessi spendere di più non mi hanno voluto far il cambio ,capisco che le politiche aziendali cambiano da negozio a negozio ma quando si acquista bisognerebbe anche avvisare i clienti, mi é stato risposto che era scritto in cassa ( un biglietto scritto piccolo e che non si vedeva ) . I love Swarosky but every time I found myself in this shop I found rudeness and lack of professionalism !! I changed an item on sale and although I wanted to spend more they didn't want to change me, I understand that company policies change from shop to shop but when you buy you should also notify customers, I was told that it was written in the cashier ( a small written note that could not be seen).
