Very kind and super friendly staff, very honest prices. He had super patience with me that I understand very little about it and he recommended me a super vaporizer and a very good liquid, very well chosen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fantastic vape shop! The owner is super friendly, kind and speaks English very very well for those of us who do not speak italian in Florence. He had quite a lot of juice options, even quite a few brands I recognized from home. We got there a half hour before he was supposed to.close, and then spent almost 40minutes AFTER close trying to call us a taxi. He was so kind to let us wait in his shop, to keep calling and calling and calling for a taxi even when no taxi was available. Honestly, the experience with him and his shop was worth more then 5stars.
I will say to get there early because he told us getting a taxi in the evening is difficult, and even with 3 disabled people we never did get a taxi and ended up on an adventure that was tough on those of us who are physically limited. But that is only advice, and in NO way dismisses the wonderful experience we had in this shop.
Thank u so much for ur help, ur care and ur playful and joyous attitude. U were a bright spot in a tough day!
