Peccato che poi si sono rivelati davvero poco affidabili nella presa appuntamenti e nella gestione dei clienti. Sono stata due giorni attaccata al telefono e nessuna risposta per prendere un appuntamento. Quindi mi sono recata sul posto per dargli ancora fiducia. Ho dovuto aspettare 1 ora e 20 minuti per poter entrare perchè la veterinaria che usciva faceva passare altra gente anche senza appuntamento. Ora io non ero certo invisibile, ho cervato di farmi sentire chiedendo di poter passare dopo 1 ora di attesa e in più sono incinta all'ottavo mese. Poi non hanno il chirurgo per le sterilizzazioni, ne devono chiamare uno da fuori quindi c'è il sovrapprezzo e continuano a non rispondere al telefono. Che delusione. I was on the phone for two days and no answer to make an appointment. So I went there to give him more confidence. I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to be able to enter because the veterinarian who came out let other people pass even without an appointment. Now I was certainly not invisible, I tried to make myself heard by asking to pass after 1 hour of waiting and in addition I am pregnant in the eighth month. Then they don't have a surgeon for the sterilizations, they have to call one from outside so there is a surcharge and they still don't answer the phone. What a disappointment.
