R	Roberto Lucarelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ appena visto il mio cane, ha subito sentenziato che ha la Lesmania, suggerendomi di fare le analisi complete al costo di euro 120,00 al momento di pagare con carta di credito, mi emette fattura aggiungendomi l'iva arrivando a 146,00 euro! risultato: il cane non ha nulla e tantomeno la Lesmania!!!!! non penso di tornarci più....molto superficiale e carissimo. as soon as he saw my dog, he immediately ruled that he has Lesmania, suggesting that I do the complete analyzes at a cost of € 120.00 when paying by credit card, it issues me an invoice adding the VAT, arriving at 146.00 euros! result: the dog has nothing, much less Lesmania !!!!! Ho tre gatti di cui due semi-randagi con diversi problemi di salute ma in questo ambulatorio hanno sempre trovato terapie rapide ed efficaci per curarli. Un grande ringraziamento. Un'infezione grave oculare è stata scambiata per una semplice congiuntivite per cui l'animale stava per perdere l'occhio, se non lo avessi riportato di nuovo, per una seconda visita. Nonostante tutto abbiamo continuato a fidarci pensando fosse solo una casualità. Consigliare un latte di capra col pollo ad un cucciolo di un mese è risultato letale. Dopo tre giorni è morto. E poi altri episodi che non sto a specificare. A tutto questo si aggiunge una mancanza di gentilezza, che a livello umano non guasterebbe. La dottoressa Sicilia è invece gentilissima e molto accorta durante le visite, spiegando in modo dettagliato le diagnosi. Peccato non abbia potere decisionale. L'unica cosa positiva è la competenza e professionalità nelle operazioni. Ma purtroppo abbiamo dovuto cambiare veterinario per vari errori nelle diagnosi durante le visite.
