Non si sono limitati come gli altri a farmi vedere un modello e a calcolare il prezzo, ma hanno studiato degli accorgimenti tecnici per aumentare al massimo la luce effettiva della finestra. E poi il fatto che la realizzazione avvenga direttamente nella loro sede è un bel vantaggio, avevo una situazione un po' complicata su una delle finestre me l'hanno risolta con pezzi progettati e realizzati su misura. Il fatto di aver potuto vedere l'officina dove fabbricano gli infissi e di aver parlato con qualcuno che tiene più a fare un buon lavoro che a guadagnare alle spalle del cliente (provato dai suggerimenti che mi hanno tenuto lontanto da alcuni prodotti più costosi ma non necessari per le mie esigenze) è stato un ottimo inizio! I just left Sunser where Riccardo spent more than an hour showing me all the options available for the project I have in mind for my apartment and for the estimate he proposed to me. The fact that I have been able to see the workshop where they manufacture the windows and have spoken to someone who cares more about doing a good job than making money behind the customer (proven by the suggestions that have kept me away from some more expensive products but not needed for my needs) was a great start!

Chiesto in sede un preventivo, inviate le misure degli infissi richiesti, passano le settimane senza alcuna risposta nonostante le promesse di riscontro immediato. Provo, dopo giorni, a chiamare ma anche stavolta ancora assicurazioni di essere ricontattato, ovviamente invano. Solo oggi riesco a riparlare con chi avevo incontrato la prima volta per sentirmi dire un laconico "siamo molto impegnati vediamo se riusciamo a farglielo il preventivo anche se non credo...". Se il buongiorno si vede dal mattino, meglio chiuderla di mattino presto questa ridicola esperienza. Sorry not to be able to put zero stars for a company of dubious professional reliability. I try, after days, to call but once again I make sure I will be contacted again, obviously in vain. Only today I am able to talk to who I had met the first time to hear a laconic saying "we are very busy, let's see if we can get them an estimate even if I don't think so ...". If a good day starts in the morning, it is better to close this ridiculous experience early in the morning.
