Ho provato a spiegare che ieri era tutto regolare e che l'imprevisto si è presentato stamattina, avrei voluto spostare appuntamento per organizzarmi e lasciare la bimba con qualcuno, ma non è stato possibile perché il gentil signore mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia. Ho richiamato per spiegare che non era proprio il caso di chiudere il telefono in faccia ad una cliente che più che scusarsi e avvisare, cosa avrei dovuto fare??...mi ha chiuso nuovamente il telefono in faccia..
