★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza sconsiglio vivamente questo parrucchiere.
Sono uscita con i capelli verdi e ovviamente hanno dato la colpa al precedente parrucchiere.
Sono ritornata per risolvere il problema come proposto da loro dove non avrei dovuto pagare nulla e invece mi hanno fatto pagare e anche di più e in tutto questo facendomi uscire con i capelli scuri.
Perciò sono uscita più scura di prima e buttando soldi e con un colore che non si può guardare.
EVITATE
 Bad experience I strongly advise against this hairdresser.
I went out with green hair and obviously they blamed the previous hairdresser.
I returned to solve the problem as proposed by them where I would not have to pay anything and instead they made me pay and even more and in all this making me go out with dark hair.
So I went out darker than before and wasting money and with a color that cannot be looked at.

Ho trovato un ambiente davvero accogliente e staff che hanno subito capito i miei desideri e lo hanno realizzato nel migliore dei modi. La gentilezza e la cura non hanno prezzo soprattutto quando ci si concede un a coccola e un cambio look. Prezzi accessibili per il servizio offerto.. quel conto che ti fa piacere pagare perchè è un lavoro come si deve! Grazie! Continuate così :)
For the first time I entered attracted by the positive reviews .. with a crazy idea in my head, from a blonde to go red. I found a really welcoming environment and staff who immediately understood my wishes and made it happen in the best possible way. Kindness and care are priceless especially when you indulge in a pampering and a change of look. Affordable prices for the service offered .. that bill that you like to pay because it is a proper job! Thanks! Keep it up :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stelle sono veramente poche, la professionalità, gentilezza, capacità di ascoltare le esigenze del cliente e consigliare sempre al meglio meritano molto di più. Dopo averne provati tanti finalmente ho trovato qualità e competenza unica. Anche l’estetica è il top. Ma non solo bravissimi, ci si sente a proprio agio e l’atmosfera è rilassata e divertente. Aspetto da non sottovalutare, almeno per me..stranconsigliato!
5 stars are very few, the professionalism, kindness, ability to listen to the customer's needs and always advise the best deserve much more. After trying many, I finally found unique quality and competence. Aesthetics are also top notch. But not only very good, you feel at ease and the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. Aspect not to be underestimated, at least for me..stranconsigliato!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aspettato a recensire perché inizialmente esco dal salone abbastanza contenta del taglio e della piega super voluminosa. La ragazza che ha fatto shampoo, massaggio e piega mi era sembrata brava. Peccato che dopo qualche ora la piega non esisteva quasi più. Ma il taglio è quello che più non mi convince... i capelli sono stati sfoltiti e svoutati dall'interno (nuova tecnica dice il parrucchiere) e il ciuffo è stato tagliato anche dove secondo me non dovrebbe starci... mi dispiace perché avevo delle alte aspettative leggendo le recensioni.
I waited to review because initially I leave the salon quite happy with the cut and the super voluminous fold. The girl who did the shampoo, massage and styling seemed good to me. Too bad that after a few hours the fold hardly existed anymore. But the cut is the one that doesn't convince me most ... the hair has been thinned and emptied from the inside (new technique says the hairdresser) and the tuft has been cut even where I think it shouldn't be ... I'm sorry because I had high expectations by reading the reviews.
