Dopo essere stato in un'altra officina Ford di Lucca posso dire che il problema non è il mio stile di guida ma il vostro personale poco competente. About a month ago I was told by your foreman in a very arrogant tone that the problem is not with the car, but with my driving style (about 45 years of driving license). After having been to another Ford workshop in Lucca, I can say that the problem is not my driving style but your lack of competence.

Dopo essere stata provata dal capo officina, mi è stato detto che non era presente nessun rumore e per una diagnosi più accurata di prendere un appuntamento dopo due settimane. Mi sono recato immediatamente presso un'altra officina Ford, con il risultato fermo immediato della vettura causa una testina rotta e pericolo di perdere una ruota. Riconsegnata dopo un giorno. Sentivo un piccolo rumore alla ruota anteriore destra dopo 5 ore di controlli nn è stato riscontrato nulla.... Vado in un altra officina cuscinetto rotto problema risolto .... Un officina capace di fare solo tagliandi e cambio olio ... Come dal benzinaio .... Finding such a scarce workshop is difficult. Inexperienced technicians, and not very serious management ... S	Sabrina Lamberti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata da loro per un problema sulla mia Ford che in altre officine non sono stati in grado di risolvere,la macchina è stata provata dal capo officina che in maniera molto gentile mi ha spiegato quale fosse il problema ho dovuto lasciare l auto due giorni ma il problema finalmente è stato risolto ad averlo saputo prima non avrei girato altre officine,gentili e con prezzi in linea con altre concessionarie li consiglio vivamene I went to them for a problem on my Ford that other workshops were not able to solve, the car was tested by the foreman who very kindly explained to me what the problem was I had to leave the car for two days but the problem has finally been solved having known it before I would not have toured other workshops, kind and with prices in line with other dealerships I highly recommend them

Dopo 2 settimane che non ricevevo notizie se era stato controllato o no il mezzo mi sento pure minacciare al telefono da qualcuno che ha risposto in amministrazione non ho parole..il tutto poi che viene sminuito dal proprietario abbastanza vergognosa la cosa già per sé.avrei molto altro da scrivere per come sono stato trattato pure in officina ma penso questo già basti per capire che un azienda così non dovrebbe nemmeno esistere. Dopo 1 mese sono riuscito a ri avere il mezzo e tutto questo per 2 cuscinetti alla ruota... incompetenza e maleducazione regna il quel posto. Rude and clueless staff! After 2 weeks that I did not receive news if the vehicle had been checked or not, I also feel threatened on the phone by someone who answered in administration I have no words ... then everything that is belittled by the owner quite shameful the thing for itself. much more to write about how I was treated in the workshop as well but I think this is already enough to understand that a company like this shouldn't even exist. After 1 month I managed to get the means and all this for 2 wheel bearings ... incompetence and rudeness reigns in that place.
