A	Alessandro Gattamorta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benché sia innegabile che il parco auto su cui scegliere sia parecchio ampio, la mia esperienza con Ariel Car si può dire tutt’altro che positiva in quanto, a distanza di ormai più di due mesi dall’acquisto della mia auto presso di loro, sono ancora in attesa di ricevere tutta la manualistica, le istruzioni d’uso, il libretto dei tagliandi ed il rimborso del costo sostenuto per far sistemare le convergenze dell’auto, senza contare che, a parte il clacson che abbiamo fatto riparare a loro spese, hanno completamente ignorato la riparazione della modanatura del volante da loro rovinata durante il lavaggio pre-consegna. Consiglio, pertanto, chiunque voglia acquistare una loro auto usata, non solo di provare integralmente l’auto prima dell’acquisto non limitandosi a provarla, come da loro proposto, all’interno del loro piazzale, ma anche in strada (cosa che probabilmente ci avrebbe consentito di identificare fin da subito i problemi alle convergenze ed al clacson) e di riverificarla nuovamente ed integralmente al momento del ritiro, due ingenuità che noi abbiamo commesso e che ci sono costate qualche centinaio di euro, evidentemente non preventivati. Although it is undeniable that the car fleet to choose from is quite large, my experience with Ariel Car can be said to be anything but positive since, more than two months after the purchase of my car with them, I am still waiting to receive all the manuals, the instructions for use, the booklet of the coupons and the reimbursement of the cost incurred to arrange the convergences of the car, not to mention that, apart from the horn that we had repaired at their expense, they completely ignored the repair of the steering wheel molding which they ruined during the pre-delivery wash. I recommend, therefore, anyone who wants to buy a used car, not only to test the car in full before buying it, not just trying it, as proposed by them, inside their square, but also on the street (which probably would have made it possible to immediately identify the problems with the convergences and the horn) and to re-check it again and in full at the time of the withdrawal, two naivety that we committed and that cost us a few hundred euros, obviously not budgeted.
