Avendo subito ed inspiegabilmente escluso che il produttore mi avrebbe sostituito il paio, non si sono nemmeno offerti di contattare la casa madre. Infine, le tre commesse di concerto mi hanno liquidato affermando che l’unica soluzione è quella di riacquistare lo stesso paio, che causalmente avevano ancora in negozio, al prezzo corrente di vendita. Grazie mille per l’assistenza resa.
