Central residence but outside the city traffic. Owner very nice and helpful. He gave us information on what to visit in less than a day and where to dine in typical places. Mega galactic room. The bathroom is a bit small

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La location è strategica per visitare il centro storico di Palermo senza dover ricorrere all' auto...il quid poi è rappresentato dagli addetti alle reception che in pochi minuti sono in grado di offrire un quadro ben dettagliato dei punti di interesse. Camere grandi e pulite.
The location is strategic for visiting the historic center of Palermo without having to resort to 'car ... then the quid is represented by the receptionists that within minutes they are able to offer a very detailed picture of the points of interest. Large, clean rooms.

Excellent location, in an elegant and strategic position to visit the city and move by public transport. Impeccable apartment, equipped with all comforts, professional staff and very helpful towards customers. I highly recommend a stay at this magnificent residence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima struttura al centro di Palermo e a pochi minuti a piedi da moltissime dei luoghi iconici della città. Le camere sono arredate con uno stile molto moderno e il servizio di pulizia é impeccabile. Ottima la presenza di aria condizionata, televisione e wifi. Una nota particolare alla cortesia e alla disponibilità dei proprietari che sapranno fornire tutte le informazioni di cui un turista ha bisogno, dai siti più importanti da visitare, ai ristoranti fino agli orari dei mezzi di trasporto. Davvero un piacere soggiornare in una struttura del genere! Consigliatissima!
Beautiful building in the center of Palermo and a few minutes walk from many of the iconic places of the city. The rooms are furnished in a very modern style and the cleaning service is impeccable. Excellent air conditioning, television and wifi. A special note to the courtesy and helpfulness of the owners who will provide all the information a tourist needs, from the most important sites to visit, restaurants up to the time of transportation. Really a pleasure to stay in such a facility! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto cortese e disponibile, abbiamo stabilito insieme a proprietario dell'attività l'orario d'arrivo, che tra l'altro era ben più tardi di quello che loro eseguono, ma nonostante ciò siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità.
Le stanze ampie, pulite, profumate e soprattutto climatizzate sono arredati con semplicità tendo conto della versatilità e della loro utilità, ampia camera da letto, cucina e salotto in un unica camera anche questa ben spaziosa ed arieggiato, ed ampio bagno.
Le stanze sono accessibili attraverso ascensore quindi lo raccomando a persone o famiglie che magari hanno problemi di mobilità.
La struttura si trova in pieno centro di Palermo, inoltre sottostante alle camere si trova una gelateria e difronte una rosticceria, quindi cosa volere di più!?
Very courteous and helpful staff, together with the owner of the business we established the arrival time, which by the way was much later than what they do, but nevertheless we were greeted with great cordiality.
The large, clean, fragrant and above all air-conditioned rooms are simply furnished taking into account the versatility and their usefulness, large bedroom, kitchen and living room in a single room also this well spacious and airy, and large bathroom.
The rooms are accessible by lift so I recommend it to people or families who may have mobility problems.
The property is located in the center of Palermo, also below the rooms there is an ice cream shop and a rotisserie in front of it, so what more could you want !?
