La posizione strategica permette di girare e visitare Palermo in tutta comodità visto che a piedi si raggiungono benissimo tutte le maggiori attrazioni e bellezze della città! Da non sottovalutare la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente la propria autovettura all'interno dell'atrio del palazzo. L'appartamento è Spazioso e pulito dotato di asciugamani lenzuala, angolo cottura, tavolo e lavatricr per chi vuole cenare e o fare una permanenza più a lunga. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Una nota più che positiva per il proprietario Alessandro che si è dimostrato sempre molto gentile e disponibile.. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto mostrandoci l'appartamento dispensandoci utili consigli e dandoci una panoramica della città.
Consiglio molto caldamente di prendere in considerazione questa struttura per un vostro soggiorno a Palermo e dintorni!!!

The strategic position allows you to get around and visit Palermo in comfort as you can easily reach all the major attractions and beauties of the city on foot! Do not underestimate the possibility of parking your car for free inside the atrium of the building. The apartment is spacious and clean equipped with linen towels, kitchenette, table and washing machine for those who want to dine and or stay longer. Excellent value for money. A more than positive note for the owner Alessandro who has always proved to be very kind and helpful .. Upon our arrival he welcomed us by showing us the apartment giving us useful advice and giving us an overview of the city.
I highly recommend that you consider this property for your stay in Palermo and its surroundings !!!

Inizio nel sottolineare la gentilezza del gestore dell'appartamento. Disponibile e presente per ogni necessità e domanda. Quello che sicuramente merita un soggiorno qua è la comodità del parcheggio all'interno del palazzo, visto la posizione centrale visto che ci troviamo
davanti al Teatro Massimo. L'interno della camera è carino. Niente di particolare ma ci si sta comunque bene. È presente una lavatrice nel caso ci fosse bisogno di lavare qualcosa. Frigo, microonde e cucina. Direi che ne vale proprio la pena!!
