Charmant petit appartement très lumineux et remarquablement aménagé, en parfait état.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et serviables, Tout cela fait un sejour parfait,en famille ou en amoureux , nous gardons l'adresse!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the appartment with our youngest 2 boys of 10 and 13 years old.
From the first contact, the interaction with the owner was fast and efficient, but above all friendly and warm.
Upon arrival, Leonardo - who is a real Venetian and who actually lives around the corner - was waiting for us and explained us everything about the brand new, nicely decorated, spacey and well equipped appartment. There is a master bedroom with a wonderful bed where we slept as angels, and another double sofa bed in the living room where our boys slept and which left more than enough space for the double function (living room & second bedroom).
The appartment was very convenient located right in front of a small canal and with view on the Campo dei Frari and the church.
We found some nice cafés and restaurants around and enjoyed the recommendations of Leonardo for some good and local (yes, still exists in Venice) restaurants.
Leonardo even made a reservation for us in nearby restaurant because we arrived around 21.00PM.
So thank you, Margherita and Leonardo, for the personal and warm contact and for the wonderful place to stay.
We will without any doubt be back on the next occasion to visit Venice!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful clean appartment in old building on a canal in the centre of Venice. Spotless, well-equipped with dishwasher, coffeemaker, two double beds, shower. Appartment is spacious and has lovely view of canal with gondolas, a church and lively square.
Owner Margherita is kind, professional, speaks good English and will point out the best restaurants on a map for you. Very accessible and flexible.
The location is perfect, walking distance to station, water taxis and the sights.
The price is also very reasonable.
Great choice!
